1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once booked and paid, your rate is locked in.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 15 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund (excluding transaction fees).

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before travel are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the travel date are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


3. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests for changes in itinerary, date, or passenger details must be made at least 7 days before the travel date.

  • Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


4. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they carry valid ID proofs and any necessary permits.

  • Foreign travelers must carry valid passports and visas.


5. Travel Insurance

  • Travel Ride does not provide travel insurance. We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
