1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.

Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once booked and paid, your rate is locked in.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 15 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund (excluding transaction fees).

Cancellations made 7–14 days before travel are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the travel date are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes in itinerary, date, or passenger details must be made at least 7 days before the travel date.

Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Travel Documents & Requirements

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they carry valid ID proofs and any necessary permits.

Foreign travelers must carry valid passports and visas.
5. Travel Insurance

Travel Ride does not provide travel insurance. We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
